This is a used but very nice heart pendant similar to the autism puzzle piece charms. It is silver tone heart pendant that has a puzzle piece cut out. The front of the heart is smooth and the engraving says "Forever & Always", the back has a puzzle piece engraved on it and the puzzle piece charm says "Love" and has a rhinestone in it. this auction is for the CHARM ONLY!
