Yes, if you bid over 5000 points as indicated above. This game has been used once and the retail value is $30, plus you're not paying shipping, so that's more than generous IMO. None of the games I've purchased have been under $20, so it's a steal! I'm using them to build up my points so I can then get things I want on Listia.
