For shooting video, how long of a clip will it shoot?

it is a MPEG4 digital camcorder (Vivitar), can transfere to TV or computer via USB cable ( do not have). I have been recording on it, so far for 6 mins., may go on longer, do not know. You can go online to Vivitar and give the info and get more info.
