I have a desk top computer. I know that I need more ram. I only have 288 Mb of ram. I don't know much about the computer world. Will this work in any brand name of computer?

It's probably easier to check the specs of your computer, then see if it uses the ddr2 ram. Once you know the specs of your computer, you can check the RAM spot and see if it uses this type of RAM i do believe. I could be wrong though.
