This is a wonderful original (OOAK) collage which I did in 2010. I create handmade jewelry and altered art and sell in the northwest area. Some of my jewelry has been featured in Cosmopolitan Germany even! (go to www.etsy.com/shop/sinfulsolace for more of my works)

Today I am offering this really pretty framed collage behind glass which measures 10x8" including the frame. The piece is entitled "Birds of a Feather" and the collage has been antiqued with layers of patina and paint which were applied over several days time. Other images used in the collage are die cut birds, an altered clockwork lady and an antique sales receipt from Seattle WA dating back to the early 1900's! The frame is a repurposed/upcycled frame that was found on my travels from either a flea market or thriftstore (I cannot recall!)

The piece is whimsical and would be great in any ecclectic or antique environment, perhaps in a hallway or a kitchen with antique or victorian theme. It would make a nice gift as well!
