Yes he is ; no one here smokes. This adorable little monkey would screech loudly if he got around smoke and he would put out cigarettes. He's great at keeping children safe and sound. Please bid high, he's worth every credit bid!

My grandson is very special needs-he is deaf and visually impaired and severely physically challenged, and he adores the sock monkeys-this could be his new "security". Definitely watching for him!
