This is a great old book published in 1809, The Young Gentleman and Lady's Monitor". This book was used to teach young people the proper ways to navigate polite society and deal with life's situations and includes a lot of good timeless information, such as how to deal with someone who talks too much, avoiding liars, the importance of keeping secrets, being a good friend, and much more. The book is 372 pages long, it measures 6.5" x 4.5" and is complete, except that the covers are missing. The pages have browning throughout and a wonderful musty smell that only a very old book can have. This is a great old book, worthy of reading and collecting! See photos for condition.
