THIS IS THE MOST ADORABLE DRESS!
Purchased in Hong Kong. It is a cute polyester blend Babydoll dress in the true Lolita Schoolgirl style! Can be dressed up or down for a variety of sweet innocent girl-next-door looks!
Would be great for cosplay or Halloween for some popular anime school age characters!

It is a SIZE SMALL, but would probably also fit many EXTRA SMALL frames. It has only the slightest tad bit of stretch only. Should not be relied on for fit.
MEASUREMENTS LAID FLAT:
Top shoulder seam to shoulder seam- 15"
Armpit shoulder seam to shoulder seam- 19" but should be loose and blousy.
Collar to waist down back- 15"
Front collar down to waist- 12.5"
Waist to bottom hem of skirt- 18" (Skirt is a pretty A-line so can't measure hem straight across!)
Waist unstretched- 12"
(Waist fit me perfectly slightly stretched and my waist is 26.5")
Waist completely stretched is almost 20" but this would be unattractive of course!
Cap sleeve diameter is 6" and they don't stretch.

Classic Navy Blue with Cream colored pleated ruffle at collar.
Pearlescent buttons, 4 down the front to waist.
String tie bow at collar.
Flattering pleated poofy cap sleeves.
Gathered waist. Cute with or without a belt!
Lightweight, unlined comfy material, great for summer, spring or fall with flats or sandals.
Also cute in winter with tights, thigh-highs or knee socks!
**NOT for large-chested gals as the buttons pop open. This is why it is new without tags. I tore the tags off and then found that my DD/E's didn't fit in it when I tried it on. Never worn or washed. Flawless.
From smoke-free home. We have a small dog but he has never entered the guest suite that this is stored in.

Well as I listed it is a size small but it would also fit extra-smalls in most cases. I guess it depends on your frame. I suppose it COULD fit SOME mediums. But I definitely wouldn't list that in the ad. Your height, chest size and weight would be the deciding factors cuz it is not stretchy. I am 5'5" and I wouldn't recommend it for any taller than 5'6" I wear a 32/34 DD-E and I pop out of it. I would say no larger than 32D or 34C and waist size no more than 28" max. Hope that helps? If not, I can get it back out of the storage bag and measure...

Hey there, You could probably wear a single layer crinoline or something to that effect, or even a slip with a ruffle hem to stick out the bottom, but although the skirt is A-line, it is not as wide a circumference as the old poodle-skirts and more elaboratr Victorian/lolita outfits. It's a lightweight material too so you wouldn't want the texture to show thru either. I would also suggest a cute sash (or belt) with a bow maybe to further hide the waistline of anything worn underneath. I'm sorry I hope thats not confusing - in short, you could wear a liner underneath but it would not look right with a tiered ruffle petticoat. Single tier petticoats could be worn however if not too poofy I imagine. I did list the hem circumference I think? If my clothes from Japan weren't still in storage there, I'd try for you!!
