This blouse is in mint condition. I cannot honestly say it is NWOT because I bought it from another lady. I didn't ask her if she ever wore it. I tried it on and it didn't fit me. So, I have not worn it. But, it appears to be in perfect condition. No wear is visible on it at all!

It has the cutest neckline ~ I suppose it would be called a ruffled mock neck sleeveless blouse. If anyone has a better term to offer, I am open to suggestions!~

I have included as many photos I could think of to show its cute features. The third and fourth photos show the back unbuttoned so you can see the detail of both the front and the back neckline. (The fifth photo is the back buttoned.)

Sixth photo shows the waistline as well.

This top is slightly see through too. I wanted to point that out for anyone who would not understand that from the photos. As you can see in several photos, you can see the hanger through the material. I would not call it sheer though.

Could also be called Plus Size
