The whole kit is here, there are 3 pages that have been written on, as shown in pics. I will white them out if you'd like or you can do it. I have the original box, shown in pics, but would be easier/cheaper to ship if I put it in a smaller box. yes it is :o) I believe if you google "provida Michael Thurmond" you should be able to find the infomercial page that goes into detail. I didnt get far with it because I have weird allergies and the food plan wouldn't work for me without substituting more than i was following. Seemed like if I could have followed the plan exactly it would have worked great though!

Awesome, thanks! One more question, though. You mentioned the food. Would it break the meal plan to not eat celery or onions? I cannot eat them! :0p lol!

I'm sure that would be relatively easy o work around. Mine was an isue because I'm allergic to dairy, poulry, and sugar substitutes... kinda big deal to try and sub all that out AND stick to a plan... I give up too easy :-)

@ Sandyw81676 if there is something you cant eat or do not like there are sooooo many different options you can choose from so that you wont be eating things you do not like!!!!
