Very pretty, colorful approx. 2 inch brooch. It looks vintage with gold edge, but it's not. Just a pretty piece of jewelry.

Jo, they are possibly chips in the finish. I did not notice them because they blend in when you are looking at it, but the picture shows it more. It is a slight flaw I did not mention and I apologize for that because it did not stand out to me. I have worn this brooch many time just as it is and received many compliments
