This hard drive is completely blank, and freshly formatted, ready for your OS installation.

I know that many don't want to pay any shipping costs, but please realize that this is bulkier and heavier than regular first class shipping allows, and I'm only asking for a portion from the winning bidder.

I Prefer PayPal for payment of shipping costs, but am willing to consider other options with winning bidder.
