I have had to ask for refunds as well when the seller didn't complete as promised, but listia protects you in these cases. The listings I bid on I do because I want the item and I would much rather have the item than the points. I'm going to try and win this and if I do I will let those that are interested know the out come. Just comment on this listing before it ends.

Not being verified really hurts I think. It's possible the person is at work and hasn't had a chance to respond.I will continue to watch this and see how high it goes. I won't be bidding unless seller responds. I also have been taken and had to request a refund. Not saying this isn't totally legit.
