IPhone 4$ 16gb I'm assuming you can only use for parts cause it says it has a icloud lock on it, I found it. So phone is "as is", small crack it top corner, I will throw in a charging cable. If you don't read the details, not my fault...No buyers remorse.

No, iCloud lock means you can't do anything, the phone is USLESS and can not be used for anything unless you know the persons Apple ID.

Let me put it in a simple way, in the pictures the iPhones on a screen that says hello. If you swipe you'll be asked to select your language and then select your country, after that you'll have to enter an Apple ID. Because you don't know the Apple ID, the phone is useless and can not be used.

Actually, the newer iPhone 4 has the same antennas as the 4s due to the single loss when the iPhone 4 was held in the palm. But the numbers is an excellent way to tell.

Okay, how do you know it's 4s? If it's locked and you can't uses it, how do you know it's not just a 4? Or how many gigabytes it has? Because the newest iPhone 4 has the same housing as the iPhone 4s.

Ok, Good Question...Let me tell you a few things ya might not know.
The iPhone 4 (gsm) has 3 antenna breaks in the metal band that wraps around the side of the phone while the 4s (cdma) has 4 breaks in the band, 2 towards the top, and 2 towards the bottom. Another easy way to tell is the Model number, iPhone 4 gsm is A1332 the cdma 4 is A1349 the Global iPhone 4S is A1387 and the China only 4S is A1431....Mine is A1387!!! BUT.....I didn't use any of these factors to determine it was a 4s, when I first found it and was playing with it, it was unlocked, only after restoring the phone did the lock kick in to place. ;) So I discovered it was a 4s by the specs. Im sure you don't need me to tell you the difference on the internal specs as well as the outer.
