The listing, Beautiful Size Seven Ring! New..perfect present! Free shipping! has ended.
Beautiful size 7 new never worn gold plated ring. The ring is in the shape of a bow, embellished with a deep purple middle stone and accompanied by six smaller stones. Pictures don't come close to truly representing this outstanding ring. This ring is a classy choice for everyday wear..
So I didn't understand, or I missed it after reading it twice...is it gold plated or 18k?Are the gemstones real or man / lab made? Are you sure it's an amethyst or could it be Tanzanite, etc???? sorry, I love purple, but it could be many different stones...
I bought it as "18K gold plated with amethyst stones." I can't tell the difference in gemstones. I bought it because it's beautiful and eye catching and wanted it for myself(size is too big). If you can tell me a what differences to look for I will. Hope that helps!
Holding an amethyst up to the light reveals many clues that can help determine whether the stone is natural or synthetic. When light filters through natural amethyst, it often creates a prism-like effect, which does not occur in synthetic varieties. Other features exclusive to natural amethyst include a feather- or fingerprint-like texture viewable on the inside of the quartz and the presence of light and dark bands known as tiger or zebra stripes. Likewise, natural amethyst sometimes features yellow-hued cacoxenite, which occurs as tiny, sheaf-shaped crystals within the stone. They have a lot of luster and shine very bright.
Other than having the 6 prisms it's hard to call them.... Gope that help's. xoxoxo
It catches light and sparkles so much I had to cover it and then it still took fuzzy pictures. I put it in the little pot (two covers) and it cut the sparkle enough to take pictures. I am on military orders out of state and I have someone to mail it for me... Not sure that person is going to be able to truly follow your instruction. Going to give it a try though. Thank you for the reply and information. It was interesting to read. It is a lighter purple in light and it reflects light on near surfaces. That's the most I remember right now.
Very pretty ring, love it!!!! I know you said it's gold plated, and that's cool, still very beautiful, but I'm curious,I've taken an interest in jewelry and the marks and stamps on them. Can you tell me exactly what the actual stamp says? (Exactly) I've been researching and printing so much out on this subject and i just want to know this for my own quirky reason!!!!! Lmao!!! Thank you so much. F&W
