This may sound like an odd question but I have to ask bc I have so much trouble finding tops and dresses that fit my chest im also 5'6" and am like a 10-12 for waist/pant size but my chest is like 40DD OR 42D I was sized at lane Bryant recently after reconstructive surgery from breast cancer my doc was supposed to give me C's I think he missed the marked a bit. Lol but anyway do you think this dress would fit me up top or no?

The material does give a good amount of stretch but honestly I do not think it would fit comfortably in the chest area much more beyond a 40/42 C/D cup size. :(
