Good question. The bracelets are silver plated which are not heavy but not too light weight as in cheap. Depending on how much I put on each one willmake tthem heavier or lighter. If they feel too heavy just take off some beads.I'll have to weigh this one as soon as my dogs get off my legs..seriously.I'll update my listing if my weight watchers scale tells me anything :-)
