These both are Mint Condiiton, no tears, no cancellation BUT , When I purchased these i was informed that the are called imperfections due to
there apparently was a malfunction of the glue laying when they made the stamp, See Second picture. I purchased several of these and each stamp has its own imperfection. I was also told this does not devalue the stamp. I am not am expert only telling you up front what i was told.
