Never used and the LED lights are bright!!!! Brand new and ready to rock for a gift! Instructions and tool to resize for any size foot. Not recommended for children that are under 6. They clamp onto the sides of the shoes and the LEDs truly look spectacular.

Yes it is for any size. Not for young ones under 4 to 6 years though. Too much wheel for little itty bitty ones. They clamp onto the sides and wrap around. They really are groovy
