Is the non-shiny panel toward the bottom see through at all? Like a mesh? Or is it opaque? Thanks T.!!

Yes the bottom has a sheer covering but there is a 2nd layer to it, so no see through on this top, but this top is so amazing and i love the color! but it's too small for me unfortunately lol

Sorry to hear about your troubles.. don't see anything wrong with having to ship later as long as that info is in the auction listing and people still bid.
