Nno, this one doesn't have any pad liners. If you have larger breasts it tends to squish them into one unaboob....LOL

I know. This is basically made for someone with small or average sized breasts to hold them still while doing aerobics or something. That is my conclusion for this bra...LOL

Thanks for your honesty on the fit to save my girls from unaboob pain. I like them to be able to breath freely or they sweat more. My daughter is a 36C do you think this XL would fit true to that size?

Honestly, that was the size I was when I purchased this and it gave me the squished unaboob...LOL. Definitely for more of an A or B cup. Hope this helps!
