Toddlers size 5 Twinkle Toes by Sketchers.

These are in EUC, very close to being perfect. They are equipped with a button on each shoe to turn the lights on and off. They have thick soles so would be best for children who are established walkers, they are a great first pair of "big kid" shoes

Retail at $45!

(Why I paid that for a 16 month old's shoes I don't know. My loss your gain )

If they are petite and smaller than average maybe. You would probably want to find shoes in a size 7, my daughter is only 16 months and just graduated to a size 6. Best of luck :)
