This is a hard cover book, 3ring binder style so you can add pages to it.The book is divided into these catagories:Around the World;American Classics;Just for Kids;Vegetarian Choices;and Gifts from the Kitchen( asection dedicated to presenting soups in a gift form). This is a very nice book! Thanks.
