The listing, "Squash and Gourd" pastel art card has ended.
Here comes the season of pumpkins, turkey, scarecrows and spooks. Halloween and Thanksgiving are just around the corner. I'm ready for the crisp air, apple cider, and falling colored leaves. But don't think it's just a teaser at the end of the summer. This seasonal delight looks good year round.
It kinda makes think of Martha Stewart.
Now I want to toast some seeds and carve some jack o lanterns.
This is one of my dry media artworks. They are sometimes called "paintings" or "drawings", but the word "Pastel" is the only correct word. As a noun or verb.
Dry pastel (powdered pigment crayons) is my medium of choice.
