It has Cubic Zirconia's on either side of the Sapphire, It has wonderful scroll work on the round and flat sides of the ring. If that is the way you want it shipped but I would not be responsible if it got lost or was damaged. If I ship it with the flat rate envelope it comes with free tracking and is insured if it gets lost.
