I should add that this outfit was never worn once. I did try it on my daughter who wears 3T and could not button the top. She is not thin but average. So, 2T is a better guess!

Mine does too and I just bought this for her brand new and it does not run 3T, just too small and can't button the shirt in the back. It would be great for 2T or a very thin 3T. Thank you
