It clearly states in the description for all of my rings that it takes 2 to 3 weeks for shipping. To be honest, if your friend is the one I think he is, his order was shipped out on the 29th of August, it has not yet been 2 weeks even. I order these rings as my auctions end and all my items are just as described, i have nothing but positive feedback.
