The material is a heavy canvas so it very durable. The black color will go with everything. The style is classic and will be in style for years to come. The exterior is in pretty good shape with a little bit of marks and wear here and there. Some of the marks will probably wash off. The interior has some marks. They may also wash off. The handles are in excellent condition. They show very little wear. I think the pictures show the condition well. Please take a look at those. If another picture is needed please let me know as I can do it without a problem.

The strap is about 40" long. You can adjust the length of the strap to whatever length you like best. It's the widest strap I've seen on a Dooney at 1 1/2" across.
