There are no clips on any of these...but they could be used to make headbands, hair clips, etc...:~} D

are you sure that's a quart size bag? or is it just a sandwhich size bag? the pic looks a little distorted so wasn't sure?

Yes, I'm sure. It came out of a box of quart-size bags... not to be mistaken for a gallon-size bag either. Sorry the pics aren't all that great. I have fluorescent lighting in my house and sometimes they just don't do the job... Thanx for asking... :~} D
