This cap is like new!! It has been in an armoire since I got it so there's no dust plus this is a non smoking home.
The eyes are on the front and the mouth starts on the front then ends on the rim...hope I described that right. It's Muppets brand. It is fitted, not adjustable. Though to what size it doesn't say.
