BNIP Hello Kitty play set/ toy from Mega Bloks. I would guess that the set is a figurine + an accessory. (Don't know which one it is, BNIP. So that's for the winner to find out! :) )
Pack say FOR AGES 4+. From the feel of it, there would definitely be a choking hazard for younger.
When I had bought this for my daughter, I thought it was something else. My loss is someone else's gain.
