i removed the dog food items & the popcorn from ur auction, we dont allow any food for humans or animals to be listed, and anything else a human or animal can ingest cannot be sent to anyone that includes toothpaste, vitamins, tea, other drink and food items, so if there is anything else i missed removing off here, pls dont include it with the winners items

Ok, so I am a bit unnerved about this. Let me just vent for a second...
1. I must have missed the fine print, because I do not recall anywhere when listing an auction that this was not acceptable. Ok, I'll take responsibility for that if there is such a message.
2. It is so disrespectful that you "Moderators" leave public messages instead of contacting us privately to let us know of your intent. Afterall, what is the message button for?
3. I see auctions ALL the time on here that are "Mystery Auctions". There is no telling what is in those.
4. You "Moderators" come through to ban certain items from my auction 2 days after it is listed? That is a bit rediculous for a FREE Swap Website.
5. The "Moderators" strike again, when I am bidding on an auction and winning it, then 15 minutes prior to the end of the auction you remove the item and tell me...oops, sorry, here are your credits back, there was a violation of our policies. Really???? 15 minutes before the end of a 10 day auction?
I started out LOVING Listia, the people here are truly wonderful and it is such a fun experience...but the unprofessionalism of the "Moderators" is a bit rediculous. How about you put in place a review period for auctions PRIOR to listing them Live....that way your "Moderators" can knock them selves out with the whole contol complex. Gooooo Listia. This comment will probably get me banned...

sad thing is i only hav 127 credits:( if you c my auction isnt great its loke my 7th but 3 havent even sold at all and so i deleted them and 2 sold but only for like 21 and 67 prices an since im in college and not the ruchest kid i have lik nothing to give away and it sucks cause there are some greatthings here

It says right in the rules you cant list food items, or amything that could.be ingested or tampered with. So yeah... I guess you failed to read the large print, let alone the fine print.

and I fully admit to that, however, if that is the case than 90% of what is auctioned on this site should be banned. Lotions, shampoos, make-up, and body products can be tampered with as well. Thats just ignorant. Consumers are also responsible for what they purchase, especially from a swap site. Fortunately, MOST of the people I have encountered on this site (present Kwinnypoo company excluded ofcourse) have been amazing and are on here to have fun and trade things they do not want for items they do want. It's all in good fun so relax.
BTW...no one asked you to comment on MY auction. Thanks Kwinnypoo, have a nice night, oh and the word A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G has an 'N' in it, Just saying.... :)

OMG! I LOVE the WEN products, they are a bit pricey, but I switch between WEN and Biolage. I have very baby fine hair and it is processed...shhhhh..dont tell ;o)
