Mackinac Bridge
The Mackinac Bridge, one of the longest suspension bridges in the world, crosses the Straits of Mackinac, which connects Lake Huron and Lake Michigan. The channel separates the upper and lower peninsulas of Michigan. Two large islands in the strait are Bois Blanc and Mackinac. The straits were discovered by Jean Nicolet in 1634....note : all stamps shipped asap and/or with in 7 day close of auction.
