This is a great way to do your nails with out polish. In this set you get 36 strips in 18 sizes. They are Blue with Dragon Flies. I used these myself and they do work.. It says file the excess, but I had better luck with manicure scissors and the file. The file does come with the set. They feel like a vinyl strip. This is not really my color. They are new only opened for the picture.
