It only with iwireless. Needs to be unlocked to work on any other service...

It only works on Cincinnati Bell's I- Wireless network.
It has sim card and Phone Number. It is pre-paid, All you need is a
minute card and your ready to go.
Unlocked, but only works with I-Wireless unless you flash it...
