I'm sorry about late response , Yes it comes with charger, instructions, original box. It was opened and I decided that I was gonna get one of those Safelink Wireless Phones from the Government , just to have for emergency. I have Multiple Sclerosis & could not figure out how to work it either, LOL... Just another MS gotcha.
