Never been worn...looks like the battery is wearing down. I buy all my watches at online auctions and then pull out the stem to keep the battery from wearing down on them. I show my watches and other jewelry I design myself and buy at auction in a boutique where I live called Birdie's. The battery was running when I listed it. But it must have been about to die, because it's not keeping the correct time now.

I learned a little later on, after I started buying the watches to pull out the stem so the battery would stop, so this was one I probably had running while I was showing it and the battery ran down. Didn't purposely put it on auction site with battery about to go, but don't want to have to buy a battery if I'm giving away a watch with a diamond on it with free shipping. I've listed all my items free shipping and have spent quite a bit on shipping since I started, so I guess I'm selling it "as is". You can take it to a jewelry and get a new battery and if it still doesn't work, I will gladly take it back.

Also, I've sold several watches online and only had one returned. She liked the watch, but the battery had died -and she returned it saying that she was was still interested in the watch if I wanted to "make a deal". But I had sent it "free shipping" and didn't want to buy a battery for it. All of the other watches I've sold, the batteries have worked. It's just the nature of the business when you buy watches to resell that you're gonna have issues with the batteries, especially if you don't know to pull out the stem, as I didn't at first.

In fact, I will not hold you to the points you have already bid since the watch stopped during the bidding. It was running when I listed it. You can just let the auction run out and I will give you back your points, or if you want to see if you really want it, I'll mail it to you and we can go from there. Either way, I'm good for giving you your credits back, o.k.?

Thank you Cathandra, for bidding of my watch. I was starting to feel really badly about the watch not running. But I know it is only the battery. You made my day by bidding on the watch, and if you win, and you don't like it for any reason, I will be glad to give you your points back.
