I can't see scratches looking at it normally but i guess my amazing new phone picked up every detail. The scratches you see must have been from storing it with other necklaces. (I do not have the box) As for it being "worn" it was purchased exactly like that from the juicy store in Williamsburg VA. So I'm going to say that engrave design is intentionally like that. Thanks for your interest!

Way to go New Phone! Lol, it's ok I still like it and I understand. With silver items the camera picks up smudges and the slightest scratches. Being stored with your other jewelry unprotected will definitely do that. But I still hope I win! :-)
