Go to this website: www.emoviecash.com/locator. Put your zip code in and it will tell you if you have any theaters near you that accept emovie cash which is what this certificate is.If you do, just take the certificate to the theater and it will cover your ticket up to $12. The free soft drink coupon has to be used at a Regal Cinema and does require purchase of a popcorn. It came with the free movie ticket so i included it here.

No, it can be used on any movie at any theater that will accept it. You can see this if you click on the second photo. Spiderman 2 was simply the promo movie. See my comment below about where to go to see what theaters in your area will accept it.
