This is a pair of Gently worn black boots .they come up to your knee .they have elastic at the back.. for some stretch.. they are " NOT LEATHER"" but very soft to the touch and pliable.. they have a 1/2" heel.. super comfortable.. no scratches, or scuffs, in Great Condition. Are these slip=on or do they have a zipper? Do they come to the knee after they are folded at the top? Thanks, F&W

Yes, they are pull on, the tops already have a cuff,.. and they do come up to the knee,..if you unfold the cuff they will come up over your knee, hope this helps,..
