Apple checks apps for compliance with its iOS Developer Program License Agreement before accepting them for distribution in the App Store. However, their reasons for banning apps are not limited to safety and security and may be construed as arbitrary and capricious. To access the list of banned apps, users rely on jailbreaking to circumvent Apple's censorship of content and features. Jailbreaking permits the downloading of programs not approved by Apple, such as customization apps used to change the User Interface.

As a long time Listia member I thought I would let you know what is confusing everyone. Not being negative just FYI to help you in future auctions. I realize that halfway down you state it is just the instructions for jailbreak, but that is halfway down, Your photos are showing all about the phone and your title offers the phone, first and foremost, then jailbreak instructions. If you list your title as "digital jailbreak instructions for iphone 5s" then you wouldn't get the confusion :D

I will definitely take your advice. I see a ton of listings for help to jailbreak/root and I thought I'd try it. I would assume and hope people read a description on an auction before committing to bidding, but If I have learned anything, they obviously don't.

There is no way for a seller to take anyone off of a bid. It is the buyers responsibility to thoroughly take note and read the title and description. In the description is clearly says no buyers remorse, and all bids are final. Clearly, you did not bother for some reason, to read the description, which is something I recommend that you do from now on when you commit your credits to a product. Thanks.
