when useing these powders they are used to hold acrylic nails tips over your real nails .yes these is used in salons oh you will need glue.to glue tips in place thanks for asking.

oh wow I definatly need to win this! And I'll pay the shipping oh come on whats a dollar! I can't believe someone asked for free shipping, it is only $1 for crying out loud. Sorry just bothers me on a personal level. People not only expect things/ items for free but then they also want you to spend money out of your pocket so they get free shipping too. I have had over 100 auctions and most were free, i lost my income and god forbid I asked for help on the shipping.. people get mean and still over all want, want want everything Free. I'll pay you the cost of what it is to ship this, $3-$4 should cover it. I appreciate getting the stuff free never mind the shipping.
