Peg Whiting is a professional artist now living in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. Peg was born and raised in Michigan, and began drawing at a very young age. Although she took art classes, she is mostly self-taught. Peg uses mixed media, but watercolor is still her favorite. Later in life she started writing poetry which has been published in books and magazines. She has won several awards for her artwork/poetry, including the
