You can add 1-2 drops of water and press it down with your finger and let it dry overnight but don't put a cover on it. (:

No, it's not samples but if you would like to make it into samples that would be fine.
You get 1 gram of it and it is put into a small baggie. You tell me what color you would want and I make the exact color then ship it t you in 2-3 days.

Definitely! The eyeshadow is used better with a base cream but still obviously holds without it but if your using it for blush I'm sure it'll work just fine! :D
