I have a genuine Dooney & Bourke Norfolk Satchel handbag for offer. It is in pretty good condition to be an older bag, but it does need new handles and a good cleaning. I emailed the company a few months ago to find out how much it would cost for replacement, and they stated it would run $40.00 plus shipping. The shoulder strap is in such good condition that I decided to wait. I am trying to clean out some space at the house, so my loss is someone's terrific gain!

Hi! The handles do come off, but they are NOT included with the bag. You will have to order some unless you have another bag to bring them from. I will measure and respond when I get to work this morning. Hope this helps you out!!
