we send them in regular white envelope in small plastic bag as show in the picture

i start in my garage with seeds and bring it out second or third week of spring

we start November but we don't have ice at California i have few friends from Alaska they planting inside their garage and and other one in NY until April so is depends of the area you live

oh ok i have few customers from Oklahoma and i explain them if can prepare small piece first sand after that potty soil and miracle grow can help them after March and most of them keep buy my other seed but during winter they also used their garage

your welcome please follow the instructions with miracle grow is half spoon only most of the time and if you can found manure grow faster
