Unfortunately, I do not have the box or papers anymore. But, you plug it into your computer and it will take you right to the website.

I'm not 100% sure, but I would assume if it has a usb port and has the capability to go online it shouldnt be a problem... But thats just my guess. sorry I don't have a better answer for you.

If you don't have T mobile phone can you still use this and what does it cost monthly to use it? I may be interested in it. Can you tell me what the model # is so I can look it up please.

You would have to pay for web services through t-mobile, but as far as I know you don't need to have a phone with them. I am unsure of what the monthly cost is because we used the phone SIM card with it (since we had unlimited data.) the model number is UMG181
