Never been worn, NWOT size extra small dress from Target! I bought it this summer because I loved the pattern and shape of the dress but it is unfortunately too small on me. I saved it to upcycle into a new dress or skirt but I decided to let someone else rock it instead. It would be so cute to wear to a festival or out to the bars on a summer or spring night! It could be layered with thick tights and a cardigan for a pretty fall look. The material is 100% rayon and seems durable. I've had Target dresses I've been wearing for years for all seasons. I'm excited for this one to be adopted into someone else's collection!
