This brand new fisher price outfit is adorable, I would say it is unisex. It is size 6-9 months. The front states "Life is to short....to take a....nap....zzzz" I think it is an outfit, as it does not say sleepwear on it but it could be used as both. Please ask any questions before you bid, I do no refund based on buyers remorse.
