The listing, Just in Time for Halloween has ended.

I have up for grabs, just in time for Halloween a Tootsie Roll Costume. Though it is listed under girls it could be worn by both a boy or girl. This costume is brand new, never opened, never worn. The size is 3-9 months. I have no one that tiny at the moment to model the costume so I did my best with the pictures. All listia rules apply, please ask questions if you have any prior to bidding. Has easy diaper access, just slips on and off, not buttons to fiddle with or snaps or Velcro.

Yes it slides up from the bottom or pulls up, You would not have to take the whole thing off just to change a diaper.
